The health check was quick and informative. Unfortunately there was an issue with me being able to collect a bottle of solution which is normally part of my plan. The trainee serving me was quite rude and her body language was less than subtle when discussing the situation with a colleague.

The service and care at this branch was very thorough and professional. Everything was explained properly and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah helped me with choosing new spectacles, and making sure the updated prescription contact lenses were sent out.10/10

Everything was fully explained and done in great detail .Cannot think of an improvement only that our records were not sent over from Hertford to St Neots before we arrived and had to be sent again .
